Never able to get anyone on phone

I ordered a pizza with no sauce and when I got the pizza it had sauce. I tried calling them but they never a say their phone. This is the 3rd time they have done my order wrong and I am never able to talk to anyone on the phone because they never answer the phone no Matter what time I call.
