DI purchased the Mr. Coffee Space Saving Brewer coffee pot and cant figure what a particular part is. I dont see it in the instruction booklet. Called customer service twice, but kept getting up transferred to a foreign country where the agents know nothing about American appliances and cant help. If I could talk to an American, I could probably get my answer in 3 minutes. Customer service is useless. User's recommendation: Don’t purchase an appliance unless you can call customer service in the US.
