Need to speak with fraud
I bounced 2 checks.I am recently starting a new job.And either way i bounced the 1st check. That was sent to me.The 2nd check was really not my fault.I called the bank that issued the check.And i was told that it was good.It also bounced.I brought my account back out of the negative 4 or 5 days after the 2nd bounced check.I understand having frozen my account.Even though noone contacted me.But my real issue is that i am unable to reach the investigator on my case.I called and called.Each time on hold for at least an hour,Then im taken to the voice mail of my investigator.
