Need to speak to an agent immediately

For weeks now I still havent had my account simply reactivated all because of this NC alcohol training I didnt realize I had to do, even though Im in SC, but I did the training in like .5 seconds, then I fax it then like they said, then that got rejected. Then I went back &;;;;;;;;;; re faxed it, called there but theres literally no one there to talk to, not one single person. So I get an email saying theyve reactivated my account but its been like 2 whole weeks & nothing still, Im still deactivated even though I got an email saying I was reactivated, I am very upset about this
