ON Feb 11 I purchased two photo sticks. Paid for by citibank cedit card and has already been charged to my account. The Photo Stick does not work! I want to send both of them back. Do I need a special form to send them and get a refund. $63.23 is the amount. Thanks for a speedy reply. User's recommendation: My only complaint so far is that the photo stick does not work as advertised. I think I should be entitled to a full refund. I bought two sticks. One has never been opened. The other would not work. I do not know why.
