Need to return item but no receipt was sent

I received the Conair Towel Warmer and want to send it back because I need one that I can leave turned on. No receipt was sent and I dont even have an email showing I paid for it. The emails that were sent went to junk mail, then by the time the item was delivered the emails were gone. My junk mail is auto deleted after ten days.
