Need to reset my password

I have yet to receive an email to reset my password. In the end a friend had to take over booking the seats.The person I spoke to asked an I T specialist to contact me to try and find reason,this never happened either. User's recommendation: Very disappointed in Easyjet.Dont know I will be able to book at later date.
