It's official I will never buy anything from cricket ever again I'm so disappointed in this company it was such an amazing company and now it has gone to crap your call centres from outside of the country they barely understand what I'm saying and how I'm saying it I used to be able to talk to an actual person here from America who understood me I have just lost a thousands of dollars in time and money Because cannot reset my password Or my email so I can reset my password
