My daughter got her cartilage earring from your store . She followed all directions on taking care of it for 8 weeks . once she stopped the earring got infected and we had to go back and forth from doctors to doctors meanwhile she had to be on antibiotic for several weeks . And now she has to have it surgically removed . I will be contacting an attorney on this matter I think clairs should worn teenagers of the consequences .
