Wigtypes explained that they don't have an exchange policy but I could return the wig (minus a 20%) restocking fee and any monies will be returned to my account in 8 days. So I followed the return instructions and sent the wig back within 10 days and am now awaiting my return fee. As of now I've had no further notice of any delay and or problem with the return. I will be ordering other wigs from wigtype. User's recommendation: Good company with a large variety of wigs and styles to choose from and comparability priced.
