Need to Complaint to this Hotel

It was an unforgettable and horrible experience with Howard Johnson located at Mystic, CT on 5/30/2021. I drove 3 hours from New York to Mystic with my wife and two kids. According to the reservation policy, I should be able to check in 4pm and check out noon. When I arrived the hotel at 3:45pm, I was told that the room was not ready. The hotel manager either want us to wait or leave for refund. I had to take my kids spending out 30 minutes at nearby shopping center. When we came back, we were told that the room was still not ready yet and they need at least 2 hours for cleaning which was 6pm. The manager was so rude and very problematic. I will never choose Howard Johnson any more in the future. User's recommendation: Never chose this hotel located at Mystic, CT.
