They emailed me a new flight have not confirmed it back. I have tried to call them several times and have been on hold for over an hour each time. I also bought travel insurance which did not cover any of this flight that was cancelled in 2020 due to covid. Now I want to rebook before I lose my $654 and I cannot talk to a live person or get anyone to confirm the flights they supposedly are giving me in an email.
