Excellent experience. Only once did I not receive an item (worth less than 3 dollars) and they promptly refunded it. Love the products. Better prices than SALLY's and more variety. I order every 10 weeks and the order comes promptly. Sorry for those who have had a bad experience. Just do not like all the pop ups that come up on the website. User's recommendation: Highly recommend.
