The customer service lady on the phone was just fine, im just sorry she had to here my rant. The person at the store on the other hand, she didn't seem to give a *** one way or another. Why would you pay someone to do nothing? I wouldn't pay a150.00 or more for boots without trying them on. I guess I was supposed to point at the boots from outside and then just hand her my money, really, is that your idea of curbside service. I won't be going back to redwing stores and I will share my experience with everyone I know. User's recommendation: Find another place to buy boots.
