I bought one of their fountains for my two cats. I have already sat on the phone with one of their representatives and followed instructions to clean it. The fountain started to work, so i ordered extra filters/foam. I immediately replaced all filters/foam, it stopped working in 1 week. Phone numbers in system don't seem to work properly. I have not been able to talk to a live person. I need to replace the item or get a refund. refund.
