We were told by technician that a new modem would cost $100. Called centurylink to order one and got told it would be $200. Very upset because when youre retired you have to watch your expenses. I would think anyone that works for your company should know what theyre relaying onto the customer. I trusted what this technician told me. Its pretty sad you dont stand behind the people you employ and what they say!
