Need more information on parts for my 2005 Subaru Outback xt

Computer company hacked into your system and got my info so I had to call the credit card company to cancel emu account. Why can I talk to someone in your store so I can order my parts? I need to be sure I am getting the correct parts so that I wont be bothered to return the parts to you if they dont fit.
