Afidence has had a paid Canva account for years. We are not able to access it, and want to regain access. We only have a user name (Afidencemarketing), not an e-mail address associated with our account. We need valid log in credentials. I already tried the online chat and they sent me a link to pay for help? I want no charge assistance to access our paid for account. Thank you, Darla Wurzler
