Need Internet service

I call and try to get internet and they said i owe 207$ i call back in a week they said i owe 6$ which one is it i tell u NETHER ONE!!! Because i have never had internet in my life!!! And i really need it for my kids school! So please help me my name is michele 252-268-**** thank u hope to hear from u User's recommendation: I really dont have nothing to say.
