Need Help With Dryer – Long hold times

I was actually on customer care call for the last 30 mins and suddenly my phone was disconnected by the customer care. The wait time is too long on the call. I called in at least 3 times in the past 4 hours and I have not been able to reach the customer care. Is this the way the customers are treated? I had bought an extended protection plan with Lowes in 2016 for a 5-year warranty and I needed to talk to a customer care rep to schedule an appointment to check on my dryer as it is taking longer than usual to dry my clothes.
