Need help with damaged delivery item

A cot I ordered was damaged during delivery .Smyths had it picked up and said they would look at it .I received an e mail today to say my order was being dispatched but with no mention of my earlier difficulties..I am hoping it is a new cot and not just the old one .I will keep you posted regards Sue Jones
