I have been calling so many times on hold for a long time no answer. I have e-mailed you on Facebook instant gram no response. I tried to e-mail you on help@***.com this is terrible customer service. I have bought 2-13 quarts 1-8 quart and 2-6 quarts and a. NuWave oven I love your products but I need some parts and I am getting no where
