I never received a call back, after 2 attempts. I bought this television a few years ago for a guest bedroom. I was turned on less than 5 times over a 5 year period. I just stopped working. It was out of warranty and the cost of fixing it was more than what I could buy a new. I decided to attempt to fix it myself. With the help of my neighbor, an electrical engineer, I decided to fix it myself. The part is T20130**** ne T20130**** User's recommendation: Don't buy Proscan.
