Need a warranty repair, but can’t contact anyone.

The Arctis 7 headset I purchased for my son for school has fallen apart and stopped charging less than 8 months after purchase. I've been trying to contact the company for over a week to get the warranty repair RMA set up, but they lost NO CONTACT or any info on how to do this. They seem deliberately leave this info as a mystery to avoid having to provide any customer service. People need to know this before purchasing any products from them. User's recommendation: Buyer beware.
