Need a refund on a bag

I have a monthly subscription for litter and my card was expired and i put the info in to get my month of litter 1 bag and i got charged for 2 bags separately i am trying to get a refund on one of the bags and they were both done on the 4th of august and the times where at 313ct pm and 433CT pm . i just need a refund for 1 bag and mail my original bag . please and thank you i was on the chat live for and hour and got thrown out of it . so please help me in this problem . thank you Danielle M.
