Need a person to answer questions

My son has been out of prison in Kentucky .for about 1 year. Before he was released, I had money on the books. While he is in Franklin County Jail today, June 21. 2021 I didn't know how to him when he called me by Securus. His name is Joshua Kalen McDonald. My name and number is Vicky Ficker at 502-382-****. His old inmate number was 295218. Could you please search the matter out for me please. The pass code was DUVIZWAD
