My brother in law Allard Ocampo, passed away and he used a loan to purchase a motorcycle in 1999, my name is in the title and I tried to get a new title for the motorcycle, but the DMV is requesting a Lien Satisfied Letter in order to create a new title for the vehicle. If you can assist me with this matter, will be much appreciated. Miguel Contreras.
