Poor service

Wrong coffee sent. We had to deal with emails and calls for a week. I sent the product back at my own expense. Another week later I had to write an e-mail, only then sent the right coffee instead. It didn't apologize either! Such an attitude towards the client is unacceptable, I am shocked. I will no longer work with this online store.
