hello on May 19th I spoke to one of your associates in regards to getting a.replacement canopy I have.no.model number he said he.would.send.me a.form to request a new canopy he with in 24 to 48 hours I am now sitting at 5 days and have not received anything .....I am not impressed by this yours truly Tinafor your comfor User's recommendation: for the company.to follow through with what they tell their customers they will do.
