This Company is a complete disaster I'm still waiting for the problem to be solved for us, in fact if I had not bought ours tickets again with other agency we would be close to losing the investment of our trip (rent car hotels lunch dinners etc.). I just hope they have the decency to return our money, CheapTickets is a mock agency I would not recommend even to my worst enemy User's recommendation: Don’t use this agency never.
