Nearly lost flight as staff at Mahon airport did not know covid polices

I want a refund for a test kid that has not arrived y which I did not need I am a resident of Spain, I showed the lady my covid 2 jabs papers test to fly instead I was told if I did not get y pay £75.00 for test kit for my return flight to my home in Menorca which I did not need, if I did not consent then they told me I would not be getting on the flight.
