I was banned unfairly due to what agents simply called a "Ban wave", it has been 25 days and 2k support still have not given me a status update on my ban even though I was told my case would be "escalated". User's recommendation: If you have a issue with 2k do not even bother with the horrible thing they are trying to front as customer service or dare I say "Support".
