The agent lied - told me the cost would be exactly the same as my old plan. But soon as I was signed up, I learned the new plan was $60/month more, even without Part D Drug Coverage, which I declined.... Twice. But....I just received a letter telling me I was now being billed over $30/month extra for Drug coverage-retroactive to the day I signed up, and getting a late penalty for the time I was without it. All of my complaining did nothing. They just blamed Medicare, because THEY are thieves. Medicare did not lie to me and rip me off. Aetna did. User's recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM AETNA. LYING THIEVES.
