National Grid complaint

National Grid came to my house, shut down my electricity and some few other houses in the neighborhood without informing me that my services will be temporary off until tomorrow. I have a sick father at home on IV and now we have no electricity to run the pump. You guys are *** trash and always will be trash. *** retarded ***
