Nasty treatment by personnel staff


I spent an hour setting up a virtual appointment online, as well as answering a ton of questions, and got a confirmation for my appointment. Then, the next day, I got a text and an email saying that my appointment was cancelled because I didn't fill out the questionnare! I responded back stating that I answered the one online, and asked if there are two of them, but got no response.
Should have better personnel dealing with the public
