I ordered two pizza's and wings at 7:55 pm my order didn't come til 10:13pm. Both pizza's were cold. one was burnt hard not even cut. The other pizza tasted like pine cleaner it was so nasty I spit it out!! Called to get the pizza's remade, they put me on hold for 30 minutes then hung up on me. I kept calling back they kept hanging up wow! So I called from a different number they picked up then put me on hold for another 20 minutes so then I hung up. Is this how you treat your customers after you made the mistake? This is the worst experience I've ever had with Papa John and I will not be returning ever!!! 2hrs though and I'm still hungry we didn't eat that mess!!!
