Update by user Aug 22, 2020 Manger at 475 state fair Blvd Syracuse ny on 8/22/20 around noon refused to give his name however did say he was the assistant manger Original review posted by user Aug 22, 2020 I ordered a brake kit online around noon on 8/21/20 for in store pick up .... I arrived at 4pm on 8/21/20 to be told my Ofer was not there in whole and to return first thing in the am beaches the part would arrive on the over night truck.... well its now 8/22/20 1 pm and Im here at the store and there is no part for me .... I have a extremely angry coustomer whom feels as if Im jerking her around due to the fact she paid for her parts and was sent a confirmation email that the parts were in store and ready for pick up on 8/21/20 ... so why isnt 2 hour break job done in the 48 hours I was given..... User's recommendation: Avoid Napa auto store in state fair Blvd in Syracuse ny.
