I've literally never written a review in my life. This company's customer service and turn around time are the worst I have ever come across. I place my order, for one single solitary name tape, back in November before Thanksgiving with a 4 to 6 week turnaround time. I called multiple times since then with a promise of a name tape the following week, the last 2 times I was promised a refund and the name tape, here we are almost March still no refund and still no name tape. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! NEVER use this company!! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB about their practices.
