MybyMedia is giving me a 100% Refund!

Yesterday, MybyMedia stated that they could only reimburse me 50% of the charges for ebooks that I did not subscribe to for the past 11 months. I am a new small business and assumed the charges were from the several different marketing companies I have engaged in business. Today I receive an email from Erica stating that by checking the IP # that they can tell that this is a fraudulent charge and that they would provide a 100% refund! That is great news as a struggling new business every single dollar matters and impacts our success. Thank you Erica for doing the right thing! Cheri
