My wifes sister couldn’t board flight klm 566

She was at the airport .They had checked in online.Immigration in Nairobi would let her through .So they put a no show.But that was not the case and when we were rebooting we were not treated well and we had to book a new ticket and wouldn't get a refund or credit.Wr had insurance too.I would like to get a credit or my refund.
