My voucher wasn’t approved by the car rental company

My flight was late about 2 hours and when i arrived at the car rental desk they didn't want to take the voucher paid online at carflexi.com (voucher no CF8B504F) because we wanted to pay with debit card. I called at your company's customer service when it happened and nobody answered, then I send an email, also nobody replayed at that time, today I called again and talked to Asya G. who was very rude to me and she hung up on me, then she replayed by mail with something that wasn't the answer for my question. At the end I was forced to rent a car from another company.
