I had it for three months and the rake and motor completely stopped working. I contacted littermaid and was told to provide purchasing information. I sent an email yesterday to them and I am waiting for them to respond. My brother in law purchased this one in May of last year and never used it because he had two. He gave it to me in January of this year. 3 months and stopped. The guy at littermaid told me throw it away. Wow.
