My TV was stolen and I just recovered it so I’m trying to get them to put it back on

I need to talk 2 customer service live person on the phone my TV was stolen I just got it back I need to get the IP number to see if the IP number that I have on my phone as I took a picture of the back of the phone messes up it wouldn't let me take the TV off the property until I show them that it my TV
