RCA responded by issuing a full refund! Wow. Impressive! I wish more companies would be accountable for their products! Bravo RCA A note to scammers! Dont try to get free products just because you change your mind or want something for nothing, events like that make it more difficult for people with legitimate concerns to get warranty on their products. Thanks! User's recommendation: Call customer service if you have an issue.
