My trip company is not refunding my money for 2 months

L6DHY6 is my booking reference I booked my tickets through skyscanner and the agent company name was mytrip.com. Flight was cancelled on 31dec 2020. I applied for refund in December 2020. Even for a long time the airline refunded my money to mytrip.com but unfortunately they aren't giving my money back even I spoke with them several times but all invain. Please look into this matter ASAP. Waiting for your response. User's recommendation: Very bad experience with mytrip.com.
