In january 2021 call Empire today for a quote for Tile for my kitchen and two baths about two week later they sent out two installers neither could speak English so their was no way to communicate with them and they had the wrong material and had to leave to get order the right tile I had paid for 2 weeks later came bach to install tile still didnt have enough tile to finish the Job leaving my house in disarray toilets disconnexted to make a long story short a two day job to over a month and now my tile is coming up from the floor I have call Empire several time to get repairs still no reponse I have several work tickets saying someone will contact me still unresolved stay away from Empire today Tony Birmingham AL
