While I no longer have their phone service, I have to say, I have had no trouble with their internet service. I've had it for probably 15 years. It did recently need tweaking and the tech they sent out was awesome. I avoid the customer service for my internet, and get them to send a tech. I've only had to do that twice in all of the years I've had their internet.
