I purchased a $50 gift card as a gift for someone and when they went to use it, they were told that the card didn't work and I have the receipt where I purchased and paid for it in CASH and was even given a Electronic Card Activation receipt at time of purchase - I have called Steam at least 7 to 8 times and each time I called, I was put through to a voicemail and I left a message every time, but no one has called me back to help me - Every time I called, I could not talk to a live Human, always a voicemail - I would greatly appreciate any help I could possibly get in this matter - thank you User's recommendation: Be cautious when buying these - $50 just pissed away for nothing.
