Absolutely nothing was done by this airline my son had to book a flight on his own with our help through United airlines who came through and his girlfriend and her daughter had to book on frontier which eventually got them home again more out-of-pocket expense no reimbursement no empathy no sympathy sticking people in a terminal for 16 hours without even offering food or water is awful! $400 a night for a hotel if youre lucky? $40 each way for an Uber to get to and from an airport all because of this airline?
