my site is down and I’m being flagged and now I have created 14 attempts to get back on and they still have not done any thing about it

Well I started my original account about August last year and they flagged it right away so I needed to create a new one then worked and then about 4 months in they flagged it then I created another account worked from Dec to March and they flagged it then I got a message from BlueCheck saying it was ok to start my original account and it worked from April to July 20 2021 so today BlueCheck told me to take a picture with my ID with only my birthday and they flagged me after I did it
